The library is fine but the parking is ridiculous. The library opens at 10:00 and right at 9: 58am ⌚ the grouchy- looking parking lady comes along and marks your tires. you have 90 minutes of free parking so you can assume she'll be back exactly at 11:30 to write you a nice big ticket if you're not gone 👎😡👎😡
