he was mean-browing me for a while...similar to another Filipino security guard they had for a while who I haven't seen in some time. When he realized I was snapping photos of him (which is allowed in the public sphere) he changed his demeanor a little bit. I don't know why Glendale does this so much...they have had a long history of somewhat gruff behavior by some of the library employees...not sure what to make of it.
