Why do they have a security guard if they NEVER do anything about disruptive behavior?❓I was there when a dude KEPT LAUGHING LOUDLY at some video he was watching on the computer . Not a few times but repeatedly like he just saw the funniest thing in the world, again & again ... & again 👎. Maybe (probably) he was high.
But then send him outside to laugh at a blade of grass. We're not here to babysit potheads. It was very annoying, but NO library staff even tried to get him to quiet down.
