2/9/15 some people get TOO COMFORTABLE at the public library...notice this asian guy's barefoot hanging down from the chair at burbank buena vista library. Sure, if you're sitting at a table, slipping off the shoes might be okay, but when it's dangling out in a chair such as this? seems to be making himself too much at home.
